Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use datatrailhouse.com or buy any Data Trailhouse service. By using the site or paying for a service you agree to them. Data Trailhouse is run by Hikmat Ullah, Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Our services

• Live 1:1 courses and mentorship, scheduled with you.
• The Data Job Simulator, with a free week and paid plans. Its own simulator terms also apply.
• Study material: free questions and editors, and paid digital products such as interview packs, ebooks and projects.
• Mock interviews.
• Data engineering services for companies, under a separate quote.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars, and you can pay the equivalent in Pakistani rupees. Payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, arranged on WhatsApp. A service starts once payment is confirmed. We send a receipt by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Classes and scheduling

Class times are agreed together before you start. Please give at least 12 hours notice to move a class. A class missed without notice counts as taken. If we need to move a class, we offer a new time or a refund for that class.

5. No job guarantee

We work hard to help you get hired, and we share the results of past students honestly. But we cannot promise a job, a salary or an interview result: those depend on you, the market and employers. NovaMart Retail and its team in the simulator are fictional, and the simulator is training, not a job.

6. Our content

Courses, tickets, datasets, solutions, packs, ebooks, projects and videos belong to Data Trailhouse and Hikmat Ullah. You may use them for your own learning. You may not share, resell, upload or publish paid material, or create a competing course from it. The code you write yourself is yours.

7. Reviews and what you share

When you send a review, you allow us to show it on the website with your name, country and course. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Please do not post anything unlawful, hateful or that you do not have the right to share.

8. AI features

Some features use AI, such as the website assistant and code reviews in the simulator. AI can be wrong. Treat its answers as help, not as final advice, and check important points with us.

9. Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the website, share your account, or use bots to access paid content. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Limits of responsibility

We provide our services with care, but "as is". As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be solved goes to the courts of Lahore.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
